Just wanted to remind everyone that Mary's final surgery is coming up in a few days. She will be flying up to Minnesota on Monday (high of 4 degrees Fahrenheit!) and will be in the hospital over Christmas. The operation will be on Tuesday the 23rd. Her dad will be with her the whole time and I will be flying up on Wednesday and spending Christmas with her and her dad. Mary is understandably anxious about the surgery but looking forward to getting back to a normal life.

Just spoke with Mary... Her dad and her arrived in MN last night and it is very cold there (-13 windchill). All the pre-op tests went very well and she is still on target for her surgery in the morning.
Just heard from Mary. She just got out of surgery and the Doc said it was a success!! thanks for all the prayers.
